Thomas D. Sweet, 47, of Rewey, WI passed away on Thursday October 28, 2010 at the Southwest Health Center in Platteville, WI. Services will be at 11:30am on Saturday October 30, 2010 at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremating Services in Cuba City, WI, with Pastor Denise Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cuba City, WI. Friends may call on Saturday October 30 from 10:30am till time of services at the funeral home.

Tom was born on August 2, 1963 in Cuba City, WI to Marion Carl and Betty (Schuster) Sweet. He worked as a herdsman for Bailey's Farms for many years. He enjoyed watching the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers, was an avid euchre card player and always chipped in to help someone with home improvements. Most off all he enjoyed time spent with his family and friends, along with his dog Waldo.

Tom is survived by his mother Betty Sweet of Bagley, WI; a son, Thomas Carl Sweet of Blue Mounds, WI; very special friends Betty Norton of Rewey, WI; two brothers: David Sweet of Cuba City, WI and Dennis (Sharon) Sweet of Louisburg, WI; a sister, Barb (Freddie) Brown of Mississippi; Betty's children: Dave (Sarah) Milestone and children Skye, Kailin and Ali, James (Alicia) Milestone all over Rewey, WI; family friends Marie Jerrett & Dean Lyons, along with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and an infant brother.

In lieu of flowers a Thomas D. Sweet Memorial Fund has been established.
