Sharon L. Richardson, 75, of Hazel Green, WI passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 11th at the
Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services
in Cuba City, WI, with Rev. Mary Ann Floerke officiating. Burial will be in the Hazel Green Cemetery in Hazel Green, WI. Friends may call on Thursday, November 10th from 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the
Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services
in Cuba City, WI and on Friday, November 11th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Sharon was born on December 24, 1940 to Clifford & Viola (Koenig) Corpian in Platteville, WI. She married Floyd "Harvey" Richardson Jr. on March 31, 1956 in Dubuque, IA. She worked as a waitress at Ed's Café in Platteville, WI and later at Southwest Health Care Center in Cuba City, WI as a cook for over 19 years. Sharon was an excellent cook, you never walked away hungry from the table. She also enjoyed bowling, crocheting, playing BINGO, antiquing with Harvey up north, Nascar, an avid Green Bay Packers fan, but most of all time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Floyd "Harvey" Richardson Jr. of Hazel Green, WI; 3 children: Jeff (Kathy) Richardson, Vickie (Dan) Hibner both of Platteville, WI and Laurie (Steve) Mueller of Montfort, WI; 8 grandchildren: Toni and Rachel Richardson, Jacob (Sara) Hibner, Wesley Hibner, Amy (Lee) Hendricks, Ben Reuter, Travis and Tyler Mueller; 9 great grandchildren; 3 sisters: Radella Sertle, Bonnie Herlache and Linda Perry, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Kenneth and 2 brothers-in-law: Chuck Sertle and Bob Herlache.
In lieu of plants and flowers a Sharon L. Richardson Memorial Fund has been established.
