Sandra M. Foley, 66, of Kenosha, WI, formerly of Shullsburg, WI passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 1st at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Shullsburg, WI with Rev. Bill Vasey officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Friends may call on Friday, June 30th from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the

in Cuba City, WI and on Saturday, July 1st from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Shullsburg, WI. The

Sandy was born on April 13, 1951 to James & May (Fowler) Bennett in Dubuque, IA. She attended Benton High School and worked for many years as a manager at a senior apartment center. She married Dennis J. Foley on October 30, 1974 at the Shullsburg Methodist Church in Shullsburg, WI. Sandy enjoyed gardening, flowers, crafts, country music, concerts, dancing, small dogs, and for many years, she loved the company of her special dog, Jo-Jo. Sandy was very proud of her home and kept things neat and orderly – you would never find a speck of dust in her home. But most of all she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Dennis of Kenosha, WI; 3 children: Larry (Cyndi) Foley of Monticello, WI, Tonya Foley of Cuba City, WI and James (Kelly) Foley of Burlington, WI; 3 grandchildren: Jason, Brent & Nick; a sister, Phyliss Lange of Cedar Rapids, IA; a special sister-in-law: Carol Bennett of Shullsburg, WI; a brother-in-law, Butch Rowley of Apple River, IL, along with nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers: Jerry & Ronnie; 2 sisters: Shirley & Judy and a brother-in-law, Bob Lange.
In lieu of plants & flowers a Sandra M. Foley Memorial Fund has been established.
