Phyllis A. Jerrett, 90, of Hazel Green, WI passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Galena Stauss Nursing Home in Galena, IL. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 15th at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI, with Pastor Gus Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in the Hazel Green Cemetery in Hazel Green, WI. Family & friends may call on Saturday, February 15th from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI is serving family.

Phyllis was born on June 15, 1934 to John & Celia (Cox) Schuller in New Prague, MN. She married LeRoy J. Jerrett on October 2, 1955 at the Methodist Church in Fennimore, WI. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Hazel Green, WI. Phyllis enjoyed crafting, music, soap operas, bowling with LeRoy, playing Skip-Bo with her family and her great-grandchildren were the apple of her eye, but most of all, she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Phyllis is survived by 2 children: Nancy (Charles) Edge of Shullsburg, WI & Randy Jerrett of Hazel Green, WI; 4 grandchildren: Terry (Jennifer) Edge of Benton, WI, Matthew (Shelly) Edge of Belmont, WI, Mike (Jessica) Edge of Cuba City, WI & Ashleigh (Isaiah) Isabell of Hazel Green, WI; 7 great-grandchildren: Eli, Everett, Liam, Michael Jr., Evelyn, JulieAnn & Brooklynn; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, LeRoy (Nov. 20, 2010), a daughter, Jeannie Lynn, a granddaughter, Julie Ann Edge and by her siblings.

In lieu of plants & flowers, a Phyllis A. Jerrett Memorial Fund has been established.
