Margie was born on October 3, 1952 daughter of Linus & Margaret (Schaefer) Dalsing Sr. She was united in marriage to Wayne Kirsch on September 13, 1975 in Kieler, WI. He preceded her in death on February 10, 2013. She worked at H&W Express of Dubuque, IA for 30 years and Gasser True Value of Hazel Green, WI for 10 years and worked for a great boss, Karen Stecklein. Sports were her greatest love. She played softball for numerous teams until she could no longer run, so she took up golf and enjoyed that also. She was a big Green Bay Packer fan with a room dedicated to Packers. No matter what sport was on TV, she was probably watching. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Margie is survived by her mother, Margaret Dalsing; a brother, Linus Dalsing Jr.; 2 sisters: Rita Hesseling & Bernadette "Bernie" (Gerry) Tranel; 3 nephews: Cory (Sarah) Hesseling, Tyler (Kelly) Hesseling & Ben Tranel and 6 nieces: Katie (Jonathan) Schroeder, Emily (Eric) Kaiser, Alison Tranel, Julie (Scott) Klieman, Jill Carpenter and Jami (Dallion) Pluemer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, her father, Linus Dalsing Sr., her mother-in-law & father–in-law, Otto & Hazel Kirsch and a brother-in-law, Jerry Hesseling.
In lieu of plants & flowers, Margie asks that memorials be given to the American Cancer Relay for Life or a charity of your choice.
Margie wishes to thank Hospice of Dubuque for their care and compassion shown to her and her family.
