Lynn M. Bell, 70, of Platteville, WI passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Per Lynn's wishes, there will be no formal services. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Sunday, September 10th at The Barn, 6935 Mound View Road, Platteville, WI from 12:00 p.m. (NOON) - 3:00 p.m.  to share memories & stories of Lynn. A private family burial was held at Greenwood Cemetery in Platteville, WI. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.

Lynn was born on July 15, 1953 to Joseph & Viola (Rousch) Casper in Cuba City, WI. She was a graduate from Cuba City High School and attended UW-Platteville, WI. She married Gary V. Bell on December 14, 1974 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cuba City, WI. Together with Gary, they owned and operated Chester K. Bell Real Estate, Auction & Appraisals in Platteville, WI. She enjoyed reading, trips to Wisconsin Dells, but most of all she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lynn is survived by 4 siblings: Karen (John) Horst of West Bend, WI, Phil (Julie) Casper of Cuba City, WI, Dennis Casper of Kieler, WI and Dr. David Casper of Freeport, IL; 2 grandsons: Jake & Josh Bell, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gary (June 25, 2017), a son, Jason (May 13, 2020), and 3 brothers, Jerome, Merrell & Paul Casper.

In lieu of plants & flowers, a Lynn M. Bell Memorial Fund has been established.
