Joan L. Munz, 77, of Shullsburg, WI passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Manor Care Health Services in Platteville, WI. A private family service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Chapel in Freeport, IL. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI is serving the family. Joan is survived by her husband, Jerry, son, Stephen(Joan) Polhill of Platteville, WI, a daughter, Teresa (Barry) Hammer of Cassville, WI, a step son, Jeff Munz of Burlington, WI, and 3 grandsons, Clemence and Thomas Polhill and Colton Hammer. In lieu of flowers a Joan L. Munz Memorial Fund has been established.
