Jeanette E. Wiegman, 93, of Hazel Green, WI passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at MercyOne Hospital in Dubuque, IA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12th at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Hazel Green, WI, with Fr. Joseph Bellamkonda & Fr. Peter Auer officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Francis de Sales Church Cemetery in Hazel Green, WI. Family & friends may call on Thursday, June 11th from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI; also on Friday, June 12th from 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.

Jeanette was born on May 28, 1933, to Urban "Urb" & Mary "Mayme" (Vaassen) Puls in Cuba City, WI. She married Paul P. Wiegman on September 14, 1955 at St. Rose Catholic Church in Cuba City, WI. She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Council of Catholic Women, and the Catholic Daughters.

Jeanette enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune, was an avid card player, traveling to Nashville & Branson, listening to music artist, Danny O'Donnell, big band and country western music, square-dancing, but most of all she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Jeanette is survived by 2 children: David Wiegman of Hazel Green, WI & Linda (Bill) Wilson of Freeport, IL; 3 grandchildren: Pete (Elizabeth) Wilson, Dori (Reese Thomas) Wilson & Andy (Perri) Wilson; 4 great grandchildren: Zay, Lucas, Leo & Finley; in-laws: Bob Wiegman, Mary Ann Langmeier, Donna Myers and Clem (Phyllis) Wiegman Jr.; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul (April 3, 2020); 3 siblings: an infant brother, Cletus, Marie (Jerome) Snyder & Merlin "Tony" (Joyce) (Shirley) Puls; Paul's parents, Clem & Dorothy Wiegman; in-laws: Mabel (Ed) Mueller, John (Helen) Wiegman Sr., Alice (Jim) Lux, Dorothy Wiegman, Grace (Phil) Oyen, Wilma Wiegman & Donald Langmeier.

In lieu of plants & flowers a Jeanette E. Wiegman Memorial Fund has been established.
