Jane lived her entire life on The Ridge. She married the love of her life, Roger Redfearn, on September 25, 1971, at the New Diggings Primitive Methodist Church in New Diggings, WI. They were married for ten years before having their three girls. Jane always told them "There is no love, like a mother's love." Her greatest treasures were her husband, three girls, and three grandgirls, and the little boy on the way. She was a Servant of God, always talking about Jesus, leading people to the Lord, and her famous prayers for every meal and goodbye. Her favorite line was " The only thing you can take to Heaven is other people." Jane would talk to anyone about the Lord, and we know she has many jewels on her crown for those she saved.

Jane enjoyed a simple life, never wanting for anything but to have a good time, laugh, and share her Janeisms. No one was called by their name with her; you were either Jack, Chuckie, or Ralph. She loved to read, do word searches, listen to music on her Alexa, and visit with friends. Her joy was in the little things, and her presence made every room feel brighter.

Jane is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Roger; her daughters: Jessica (Sarah) Redfearn of Platteville, WI, Natalie (David) Byrne of Shullsburg, WI, and Olivia (Brooks) Lutes of Dickeyville, WI; and her adored grandchildren: Drew, Raya, and Nora, with a baby boy arriving in August. Her siblings: Norma (Leonard) Saunders of Lexington, VA, Joan Coppes of Monroe, WI, Joyce (Duane) Callan-Kaiser of Horton, MI and Brad (Emily) Mowry of Platteville, WI, and her step-mother, Ellie Mowry.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Doris & Elwood Mowry, sister, Dinah, brother, Bobby and a brother-in-law, Ronnie Coppes.

Jane loved greeting cards, and the family has requested one final card shower. Cards will be available at each location for guests to share their favorite Jane story or unforgettable Janeism . Let's send her off with the laughter, love, and storytelling she so loved in life.

The Redfearn Family would like to Thank Edenbrook and Southwest Health Center of Platteville and special thanks to Bernadette Soltis, Kimber Raemisch, Carolyn Cay and all the other Drs, Nurses, and CNAs, who cared for mom through this journey.
