Hazel I. Coulthard, 89, of Cuba City, WI passed away on Saturday, October, 15, 2011 at the Southwest Health Center Nursing Home in Cuba City, WI. Services will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, October 18, at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Cuba City, WI with Father David Flanagan officiating. Burial will be at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Cuba City, WI. Friends may call from 4pm-7pm on Monday, October17 at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services, in Cuba City, WI and on Tuesday, October 18, from 9am till time of service at the funeral home. Hazel was born on October 4, 1922 to William & Margaret (Cullen) Coulthard in Elk Grove Township, WI. She attended the Red School in Jenkinsville, WI. Hazel worked on the family farm; moving to Cuba City 21 years ago. She enjoyed baking pies and cookies for family and friends. She was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and the St. Rose of Lima Council of Catholic Women. She was a kind and caring person, who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Hazel is survived by 2 sisters: Helen Wiegman of Cuba City, WI and Marguerite Burton of Rockford, IL; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 1 sister and 1 nephew. In lieu of flowers a Hazel I Coulthard Memorial Fund has been established.
