Eileen F. Riniker, 89, of Dubuque, IA, formerly of Menominee, IL, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24th  at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI; with Fr. Peter Auer officiating. Burial will follow at the Nativity BVM Church Cemetery in Menominee, IL. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, June 24th from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.

Eileen was born on October 21, 1936 to Anthony & Rachel (Kuhl) Deutsch in Menominee, IL. She married Richard "Dick" Riniker on July 24, 1971 at the Nativity BVM Catholic Church in Menominee, IL. She enjoyed going on the newspaper delivery route with Dick for the Telegraph Herald. She worked at Valves & Control in Hanover, IL, The Dodge House and Holiday Inn in Dubuque, IA. She was a member of the Cathedral Catholic Church in Dubuque, IA. Eileen also enjoyed shopping, flowers, going for walks, dining out at Mario's Italian Restaurant, but most of all, she treasured time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Eileen is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 5 siblings: Joseph (Kathleen) Deutsch, Marie (Arnold) Dietzel, Francis (Bonnie) Deutsch, Anthony Deutsch Jr. & Sr. Rachel (Rose Mary) Deutsch.

In lieu of plants & flowers, an Eileen F. Riniker Memorial Fund has been established.
