Dwane E. Redfearn, 47, of Dubuque, IA, formerly of Benton/Leadmine, WI passed away on Monday April 26, 2010 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date at the Primitive Methodist Church in Leadmine, WI, with burial in the church cemetery. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.

Dwane was born on January 16, 1963 to Dennis and Gloria (Herlitz) Redfearn. He attended Benton High School and was a United States ARMY Veteran. Dwane enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, deer hunting, morel hunting, country music, old western movies and riding his Harley.

Dwane is survived by his wife, Dawn (McClain) Redfearn of Dubuque, IA; a son William at home; step children: Nikita (Brandon) Finger and Michael Milroy of Dubuque, IA, his parents Dennis Redfearn of Leadmine, WI and Gloria Scott of Benson, AZ; two brothers: Terry Redfearn of Hazel Green, WI and Dan Redfearn of Leadmine, WI; along with aunts and uncles and many nieces and nephews; maternal grandmother Mary Heim of Cuba City, WI; and mother-in-law, Karen McClain of Dubuque, IA.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Orthelle and Adline Redfearn; a brother Bruce Redfearn; step-father, Donald Scott and father-in-law Edward McClain.

In lieu of flowers a Dwane E. Redfearn Memorial Fund has been established.
