Dorothy "Dot" M. Heim, 90, of Shullsburg, WI, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025 at Lafayette Manor in Darlington, WI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 14th at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Shullsburg, WI, with Fr. Chris Gernetzke officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Matthew's Church Cemetery in Shullsburg, WI. Family & friends may call on Saturday, June 14th from 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI. Dot was born on January 1, 1935 to Iloe & Veronica (Boyle) Schunk, and was a lifelong resident of Shullsburg, WI.

She married John "Bruno" F. Heim on June 26, 1954 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Shullsburg, WI.

Dot enjoyed baking, gardening, but most of all, she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Dot is survived by her siblings: Shirley Burns, Mary Lou Jones, Bobby Schunk, Dorthea (Chuck) Kilcoyne, and also by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; John "Bruno" (2021); 4 sons: Bruce (2010), Michael (2021), Patrick (2021) & Mark (2023) and a granddaughter, Melissa Heim (2001), sister, Gloria (Gordon) Hale (2015) and a brother, Dallas Schunk (1999).

In lieu of plants & flowers, a Dorothy "Dot" M. Heim Memorial Fund has been established.
