Diane K. Korish, 73, of Benton, WI, formerly of East Dubuque, IL, passed away peacefully with her beloved friend, Carl Langkamp and loving children by her side on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6th at The Hilltop at Menominee in East Dubuque, IL.  A private family burial will be held at a later date in the East Dubuque Cemetery in East Dubuque, IL. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.

Diane was born on December 24, 1951 in Dubuque, IA. She was the daughter of Ambrose and Margie (Sarazin) Roth of East Dubuque, IL where she also attended school.

Diane enjoyed 11 years working at the St. Dominic Villa until she retired in 2011. She was an avid housekeeper and wonderful cook. On those sunny days, she enjoyed just being outside or mowing the grass. Diane was lively and very outgoing, bringing a fun atmosphere wherever she went. She had a contagious enthusiasm that lifts the spirits of those around her and was always up for a new adventure. Diane loved her Sunday Funday road trips with Carl visiting neighboring towns, meeting up with friends, or spending many days hanging out with the ladies and playing slot machines at the Hill Top at Menominee. Her most recent and most loved pastime was driving in her BMW convertible. If she wasn't able to enjoy her car, she wanted to pay it forward to her children to enjoy as she would have done. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Diane is survived by her two children: Michelle (Nick) Filardo and Chad (Lorinda) Korish; three grandchildren: Payton Bastian, Wyatt Bastian & Jacob Korish; 3 step-grandchildren: Joah, Koby and Luke Filardo; best friend and love of her life, Carl Langkamp and his children: Christopher and Theresa Langkamp and children and Louie and Maggie Langkamp and children; two brothers: Duane Roth and David (Pam) Roth; along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ambrose and Margie Roth, a brother, Daniel Roth and other family and friends.

In lieu of plants & flowers, a Diane K. Korish Memorial Fund has been established.
