David O. Seng, 73, of Carpentersville, IL formerly of Cuba City, WI, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL. Services with military honors accorded will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3rd at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI, with Rev. Calvin Hughes officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Friends may call on Saturday, December 3rd from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI.

Dave was born on February 16, 1943 to Ambrose & Grace Seng in Dubuque, IA. He married Donna Jean Roling on April 25, 1970 in Cuba City, WI. He worked for over 35 years for TWA in the cargo department and was a US Army veteran. Dave enjoyed gardening, growing tomatoes and sharing them with his friends and neighbors, helping neighbors with lawn care and snow removal, he loved to help wherever he could, and an avid Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dave is survived by 2 sons: Curt (fiancée, Kim Fedorowicz) Seng of Carpentersville, IL and Phil (Jeni) Seng of Charlotte, NC; 1 grandson: Cameron; 2 brothers-in-law: Dave (Joyce) Roling and Dick Roling; 2 sisters-in-law: Juanita Roling and Pam (Bill) Shomler; along with nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Donna Nov. 23, 2006), 2 sisters-in-laws: Shirley Hughes and Pat Olson.
