Brenda L. Derrickson, 53, of Platteville, WI passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, June 22nd at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI. Friends may call from 3:30 pm until time of service on Monday, June 22nd at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI. Brenda was born on September 24, 1961 to Robert & Judy (Kos) Derrickson in Estherville, IA. She was a graduate of Hazel Green High School and UW-Platteville. She worked for many years in customer service at Medline Industries in Dubuque, IA. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Platteville, WI and a friend with Jesus. Brenda enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening, reading her Bible and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan & Star Wars fan. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Brenda is survived by her 2 daughters: Amanda (Kyle) Ohlrich of Browntown, WI and Sarah (Kevin) Koeppen of Eau Claire, WI; parents Robert & Judy Derrickson of Kieler, WI; 3 grandchildren; a brother, Jeff (Tammy) Derrickson of Monroe, WI; along with aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. In lieu of flowers a Brenda L. Derrickson Memorial Fund has been established.
