Betty J. Koppen, 86 of Kieler, WI passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Luther Manor in Dubuque, IA. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 18 ^th at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI, with Pastor Dan Whitford officiating. Burial will be in the Jamestown Cemetery in Louisburg, WI. Friends may call on Monday, September 17 ^th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI and on Tuesday, September 18 ^th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Betty was born on February 2, 1932 to Raymond T. & Belva Dorothy (Molzof) Kitelinger in Glen Haven, WI. She married Kenneth W. Koppen on February 9, 1956 in Lancaster, WI. Betty was a homemaker & babysitter. She enjoyed crocheting, an avid Cubs fan, traveling, camping, cooking and time spent with her family and friends.

Betty is survived by a daughter, Donna Kitelinger-Reuter of Dickeyville, WI; a son, Fred (Pat) Kitelinger, Oklahoma City, OK; 2 grandsons: Frank (Rachael) Kitelinger, Kevin (Amy) Reuter; 4 great-grandsons; 3 great granddaughters; 2 brothers: Francis Kitelinger, Charlie Kitelinger; 3 sisters: Doris Eck, Mary (Jim) Kramer, Barbara (Leroy) Faulker; Kathy Reuter; along many with nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth (Aug. 15, 2007), 2 sisters: Elnora & Margaret; 4 brothers: Ed, Bill, LaVern & Jimmy; 3 brothers-in-law & 3 sisters-in-law .

In lieu of plants & flowers a Betty J. Koppen Memorial Fund has been established .
