Ben Randecker, 40, of Cuba City, WI passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27th at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Family & friends may call on Sunday, September 27th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.

Ben was born on September 13, 1986 to Terrance & Mary (Klar) Randecker in Platteville, WI. He attended Cuba City High School. He worked as a machinist for 1-Up USA in Dickeyville, WI. Ben was known for his unique/witty sense of humor, and will be remembered for his shenanigans with his friends. Ben & his brother Mike’s fishing relationship, was more like a scene from the movie, Grumpy Old Men. In a nutshell, he was just a big-kid at heart. His family will always remember him for his big-loving heart and was always giving to others. Ben enjoyed playing X-Box, fishing, making handcrafted fishing lures, hard rock music, playing guitar, being in the outdoors, playing games with all of his nieces & nephews, but most of all, he cherished the time spent with his beloved son, Rolan. He also enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Ben is survived by his son, Rolan; parents, Terry & Mary Randecker; 5 siblings: Jeanne (Rich) Bonin, Shelley Randecker, Patty Randecker, Andy Randecker & Mike Randecker; God-father, Mike Klar; along by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and especially birthday buddy/cousin, Shell.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ralph & Berniece Randecker & maternal grandparents, Thomas & Wilma Klar, and a God-mother, Janice Klar.

In lieu of plants & flowers, a Ben T. Randecker Memorial Fund has been established for his son, Rolan.
