Barbara L. Lewey, 69, of Hazel Green, WI passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Edenbrook of Platteville Nursing Home. Keeping to Barb's wishes, there will be no services.

Barb was born on June 11, 1949 to Mervale "Billy" & Melva (Coward) Lewey in Litchfield, IL. She graduated from Hazel Green High School on 1967. She worked for many years as a nurse's aide at Lady of Lourdes in Dubuque, IA.  Barb enjoyed watching sports, especially the Green Bay Packers & the Wisconsin Badgers, supporting Southwestern School events, her dog, Casey, and time with family and friends.

Barb is survived by her brother, Dennis Lewey of Monroe, WI and a nephew, Austin Lewey of Wheaton, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law, Lynn Lewey.

In lieu of plants & flowers a Barbara L. Lewey Memorial Fund has been established.
